Registration

We recommend for participant from over-sea country to pay the registration fee via home page by credit card (¥9,000). Registration period is October 3 (Mon.), 2022 - December 17 (Sat.), 2022.

2. Crate your new account from "新規登録" button. Enter the following items, and finally click the "Proceed to confirmation screen" button, please.
   *Account name (At least 8 characters), E-mail address, E-mail address (Re-enter), Password (At least 8 characters), Your name (Family name- First name), Your name (Re-enter),
   Birth date (Optional input), gender (Optional input), "Are you a healthcare professional? "(Leave it as it is), occupation(please select"その他医療従事者", at the bottom of the list),Affiliation(please select"その他"), Affiliation name, Department, Title(Optional input),Please check" I agree to the terms of use" box at the bottom of the input field.
   

   

3. You will receive an email from "Medical Prime メディカルプライム". Click the URL in the body of the email.
4. Sorry to trouble you, but please connect to the https://medicalprime.jp/ again.
   Please click "Log-in" or "MENU" and fill in your e-mail address and password.
   

   

5. Scroll down and select "CVMW2022".
   

   

6. Click on the red band, and enter the following items, and finally click the "Proceed to confirmation screen" button, please. *Hope to participate (Please select as shown on the screen), Academic Society to which you belong (ISHR, BCVR, JVBMO), Please click" Autofill "button, Contact address, TEL, and E-mail.
   

   

7. Across the confirmation page, connect to the payment page. Please click "Next" button.
   

   

8. Please input your credit card information.
   The accepted credit card types are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club.
   If you wish to use other types of credit cards, please pay in cash (Japan yen) on the day of the event. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
   

   

9. After the payment is completed, you can download the participation certificate and receipt from My Page. Please login "Medical Prime" and click ☟ below.
   

   

If you would like to participate on-site, please download your certification of attendance and bring it with you. Reception desk will be open at the following times.
